Terms & Conditions — abc8c8 Platform Agreement

1.Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account with abc8c8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of abc8c8 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law, and you accept full personal responsibility for verifying the legality of gambling activity in your jurisdiction before participating.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the abc8c8 platform for any reason.

abc8c8 reserves the right to require documentary evidence to verify any of the above conditions at any time without notice. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawals, or permanent closure.

2.Account Information and Accuracy

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify abc8c8 promptly of any changes via the support channel at [email protected].

abc8c8 maintains a strict one-account-per-player policy. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of this Agreement. abc8c8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts without compensation.

Account credentials, including your username and password, must be kept strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances. abc8c8 will treat all activity carried out from your account as having been authorised by you.

3.Deposits and Withdrawals

abc8c8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as select international card providers including Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated.

All of the following conditions apply to deposit and withdrawal activity on your account:

• You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own legal name. Deposits from or withdrawals to accounts held in a third party's name are strictly prohibited.
• abc8c8 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used before processing a withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification. Players who have not completed verification may find withdrawal requests held pending until documentation is received and reviewed.
• abc8c8 does not charge fees on BDT withdrawals to local mobile wallet providers. Any fees imposed by the payment provider on the receiving end are outside abc8c8's control.
• Funds deposited on the platform may only be used for gambling activity and may not be treated as a banking or savings facility. abc8c8 reserves the right to close inactive accounts and, after the applicable statutory period, deal with unclaimed balances in accordance with applicable offshore regulations.

4.Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

abc8c8 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which form part of this Agreement by reference. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and must be wagered the required number of times (wagering requirement) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Any unmet bonus balance will be removed from your account upon expiry without compensation.
• abc8c8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonus terms through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or multi-account abuse may have bonuses voided and winnings forfeited at abc8c8's sole discretion.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only and may not be claimed more than once per household, device, or IP address.

5.Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on abc8c8 are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules published within each game or market. It is the player's responsibility to review these rules before placing a bet. The following general conditions apply to all gambling activity on the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed and may not be cancelled or amended except where explicitly permitted by the game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that affects game results or odds, abc8c8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• abc8c8 may impose maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits on any game or market at any time. Players will be notified of applicable limits before confirmation of a bet.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, latency advantages, or vulnerabilities in the platform constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Winnings generated through such conduct will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Collusion between players, match-fixing, or any form of syndicated play designed to guarantee a favourable outcome is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

6.Identity Verification (KYC)

abc8c8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its obligations under its operating licence. You may be required to submit identity documents at any point during your account lifecycle, including but not limited to at registration, before your first withdrawal, following unusual account activity, or when requested by our compliance team.

Acceptable identity documents include a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address documents such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months may also be required. abc8c8 will treat all submitted documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold. abc8c8 is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by delays attributable to a player's failure to provide timely documentation.

7.Prohibited Uses and Conduct

You agree that you will not use the abc8c8 platform for any of the following purposes:

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Accessing the platform using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software without prior written authorisation from abc8c8.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any platform software.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication channel available on the platform.
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform's infrastructure, security systems, or other players' use of the platform.

abc8c8 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, any balance may be withheld pending resolution of any financial dispute, and the matter may be referred to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8.Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

abc8c8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to every registered player at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and may only be reduced with immediate effect; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration alerts to be notified when you have been active on the platform for a defined period.
• Cool-Off Period: Request a temporary break from gambling activity. During a cool-off period, your account remains open but gambling functionality is suspended.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the abc8c8 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game assets, software, and interface designs — is the intellectual property of abc8c8 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gambling purposes only.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any abc8c8 content without prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of abc8c8's intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abc8c8 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, regardless of the circumstances.
• Interruption to platform access caused by technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by data feed failures, provided such errors are corrected and affected bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

abc8c8's total aggregate liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.Amendments to These Terms

abc8c8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, abc8c8 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

12.Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which abc8c8 holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute between you and abc8c8, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body in the licencing jurisdiction.

Players acknowledge that online gambling laws in Bangladesh are subject to legal ambiguity and that it is the player's sole responsibility to verify the legality of gambling activity in their jurisdiction before participating. abc8c8 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
